Electronic Commerce Between Theory and Application According to Jordanian Law

Given the current circumstances and technological advancement witnessed by world, there has been an increase in use of electronic commerce countries, merchants, consumers alike. The positive impact this type on development prosperity national international economy is due to benefits enjoyed consumers, such as speed completing commercial transactions low costs terms time effort. Studies have shown that had effects many countries. Despite this, Jordanian legislator not provided specific provisions for commerce.
